            Softball Recap: Westmoreland Eagles vs. Lancaster Red Devils        
        
		
        
        
            Westmoreland and Lancaster squared off in some playoff action  on Tuesday, but Westmoreland had to settle for second. They fell  9-4 to the Red Devils. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Red Devils this season,  with their most recent  loss being a  15-0  defeat  back in April.
 Westmoreland saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kahlyn Reeves, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple and one  run.
Westmoreland's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Lancaster, the  victory was  the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-9.
 Westmoreland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lancaster, they will challenge Rappahannock at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their  15th straight  win, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight.
