Basketball Recap: Hartland Has No Trouble Against Fenton

The third road game was the charm for Hartland, as they earned their first road win of the season. Everything went their way against the Fenton Tigers on Monday as the Hartland Eagles made off with a 63-37 victory. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Tigers are ranked 551st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hartland picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 5-2. As for Fenton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Hartland will look to defend their home court on Friday against South Lyon at 7:00 p.m. As for Fenton, they are taking a road trip to square off against Northville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
