Basketball Game Preview: Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) vs. Thrall Tigers

The Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) will square off against the Thrall Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Uvalde will be strutting in after a win while Thrall will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Tuesday, Uvalde was able to grind out a solid victory over Poteet, taking the game 57-44.

Meanwhile, Thrall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 65-37 loss at the hands of Holland.

Uvalde has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for Thrall, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.
