Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask P.K. Yonge). They blew past the North Marion Colts 24-5 on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
Jessica Bain was a standout: she went a perfect 5-for-5 with three stolen bases, four runs, and four RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. Mickinzi Anderson also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
Bain wasn't the only one making solid contact: P.K. Yonge kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 21 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
