After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rumson-Fair Haven, Brick Memorial was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 41-27 victory over the Point Pleasant Boro Panthers. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Mustangs considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

Jason Lajara was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 252 yards and two TDs while completing 86.7% of his passes, and also rushed for 101 yards on only ten carries.
