West Albany is a perfect 10-0 against McKay since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Bulldogs will look to defend their home field against the Royal Scots at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

West Albany fell victim to Central and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

West Albany saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addisyn Strunk 2027, who went 1-for-3 with one double. That double marked the first that Strunk 2027 has hit this season.

Meanwhile, McKay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They came up short against Corvallis, falling 28-8. On the bright side, the eight- run performance marked the Royal Scots' highest-scoring game to date.

West Albany's defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-11. As for McKay, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.

West Albany took their win against McKay when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 11-1 score. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Royal Scots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
