University City's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Hazelwood East, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.

University City beat Hazelwood East 72-62 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
