Baseball Recap: Northwestern Comes Up Short

If Northwestern was feeling good fresh off their 21-0 takedown of Suitland on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats came up short against the High Point Eagles on Monday, falling 14-1. The game marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Northwestern's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for High Point, their win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.
