Georgetown waltzed into their contest on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They took down the Glenbrook Apaches 70-55.

Despite the loss, Glenbrook still got an impressive performance from Carson Powell, who went 12 of 23 en route to 34 points and eight boards. The match was Powell's ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Stanford, who posted 12 points.

Georgetown is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season. As for Glenbrook, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Georgetown has already played their next contest (against Grant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Glenbrook has already played their next match, a 55-27 victory against Plain Dealing on the 28th.
