Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Scottsbluff

Scottsbluff waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Torrington Trailblazers with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 25-22.

Scottsbluff had a senior duo take command as Alainah Salas had 16 digs and three assists and Heidi Groskopf had 11 digs and one assist. Those 11 digs set a new season-high mark for Groskopf.

Scottsbluff's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Torrington, the loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 7-6-2.

Scottsbluff wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Chadron on the 25th. As for Torrington, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Newcastle on the 26th.
