Soccer Game Preview: Skyview vs. Jefferson

The Skyview Wolverines will head out on the road to face off against the Jefferson Jeff Saint at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Skyview's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Aurora Central. The victory continues a trend for Skyview in their matchups with Aurora Central: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Jefferson was able to grind out a solid win over Fort Lupton on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.

Alexia Martinez Anima and Adhilenne Pineda Ayala scored all three of the Jeff Saint's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Skyview's record is now 6-3-1. As for Jefferson, their record now sits at 4-6.

Everything went Skyview's way against Jefferson when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Skyview made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
