Baseball Preview: Northwestern Tigers vs. Rossville Hornets

They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Oracles 4-3. Four seems to be a good number for Rossville as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Northwestern's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Rossville, their win bumped their record up to 15-9.

Everything went Northwestern's way against Rossville in their previous meeting back in May of 2023 as Northwestern made off with a 15-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Northwestern since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
