After a string of three wins, Peoples Baptist Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Byne Christian Saints. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Saints when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Peoples Baptist Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23.

Peoples Baptist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Byne Christian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Peoples Baptist Academy will host Old Suwanee Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Byne Christian, they will be playing at home against CHESS Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
