Volleyball Game Preview: Metro-East Lutheran Knights vs. Greenville Comets + How To Watch

The Metro-East Lutheran Knights are taking a road trip to take on the Greenville Comets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Metro-East Lutheran will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Marquette Catholic, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Knights skirted past the Explorers 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Knights have posted against the Explorers since September 15, 2022.

Metro-East Lutheran had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-21, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Greenville earned a 2-0 win over North Mac on Thursday.

Greenville never let North Mac on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-22.
