Soccer Recap: Roy Takes a Loss

Roy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Clearfield Falcons. That's two games in a row now that Roy have lost by exactly eight goals.

Roy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Clearfield, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Roy is set to challenge their familiar foe Fremont at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Clearfield will square off against rival Bonneville at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
