Soccer Game Preview: Trinity vs. Keller

The Trinity Trojans will head out on the road to take on the Keller Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Trinity took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top against Timber Creek by a score of 3-1. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Keller made sure to put some goals up on the board against Byron Nelson on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Bobcat a 4-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Indians were the better team in the second half.

Keller is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those eight matches. Trinity's record is now 6-8.
