It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Field Kindley had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They snuck past the Holton Wildcats with a 64-60 win. Winning may never get old, but the Golden Tornado sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Despite the loss, Holton had strong showings from Korben Fox, who went 7-for-16 en route to 19 points, and Bodie Dillon, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 15 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Fox a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Kerrick DeDonder, who posted 12 points.

Field Kindley's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Holton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Field Kindley has already played their next contest, a 54-41 defeat against Baldwin on the 7th. Holton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
