Baseball Recap: Astoria Comes Up Short

Astoria fell victim to Molalla and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Indians, falling 10-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Fishermen were not able to get on the board.

Astoria now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Molalla, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Astoria will head out on the road to face off against Banks at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Molalla, they will face off against Elmira at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
