Volleyball Recap: Two Roads Charter School Takes a Loss

Two Roads Charter School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Twin Peaks Classical Academy Timberwolves. The Falcons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Timberwolves earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

While Two Roads Charter School was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22.

Savanah Bromiel paced Two Roads Charter School's offense, picking up seven kills. Bromiel got some help from Hannah Lehner and her ten assists. Bromiel was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Two Roads Charter School's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Twin Peaks Classical Academy, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-12.

Two Roads Charter School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against STEM School Highlands Ranch on the 1st. As for Twin Peaks Classical Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Aurora West College Prep Academy on the 1st.
