Soccer Recap: Loveland Takes a Loss

Loveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Windsor Wizards, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Loveland can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 134th, while Windsor are ranked 24th).

Loveland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Windsor, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Coming up, Loveland will be playing at home against Eagle Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Windsor, they will venture away from home to face off against Riverdale Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Windsor's defense better be ready for this one: Riverdale Ridge have averaged an impressive 4.4 goals per game this season.
