Basketball Recap: North Shore Country Day Comes Up Short

North Shore Country Day lost against Wheeling back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The North Shore Country Day Raiders lost to the Wheeling Wildcats at home by a 63-49 margin. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, North Shore Country Day still got an impressive performance from Quentin Tao, who posted 15 points. The dominant performance gave Tao a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaeden Ackley, who put up ten points.

North Shore Country Day's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Wheeling, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-15.

North Shore Country Day has already played their next match, a 68-60 loss against Lycee Francais de Chicago on the 3rd. As for Wheeling, they will take on Prospect at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
