Spiro and Warner are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2016, but not for long. The Bulldogs will be home for the holidays to greet the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Spiro has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Spiro and Heavener, and Spiro kept the tradition alive. The Bulldogs managed a 51-45 win over the Wolves on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Wolves: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Warner posted their closest win since January 8th on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Wright City 45-42.

Spiro's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Warner, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Spiro skirted past Warner 39-37 when the teams last played on Thursday. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
