Richland has been away from home for two games now, but on Friday they'll finally make their return. They will host the Chiawana Riverhawks at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few points on average, (Richland: 10, Chiawana: 8.9) so any points scored will be well earned.

Last Friday, Richland was fully in charge, breezing past Walla Walla 45-7 on the road. The Bombers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 28 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Richland to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jackson Woodard, who threw for 284 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.3 yards per attempt. Colson Mackey was Woodard's top target, picking up 172 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Chiawana faced Kennewick in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Chiawana enjoyed a cozy 24-6 victory over Kennewick. Winning may never get old, but the Riverhawks sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Richland's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Chiawana, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.
