Volleyball Recap: Hibriten Takes a Loss

Hibriten managed to slip by Wilkes Central the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Eagles on Monday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered against the Eagles since August 24, 2021.

Hibriten has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Wilkes Central, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6.

Coming up, Hibriten will challenge R-S Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilkes Central, they will venture away from home to square off against Alleghany at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
