Baseball Recap: Browerville Takes a Loss

Browerville made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Upsala/Swanville, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Tigers fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 4-2 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-3 back in April.

Browerville dropped their record down to 2-7 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Upsala/Swanville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

Browerville will look to defend their home field on Thursday against St. John's Prep at 4:30 p.m. As for Upsala/Swanville, they will head out to square off against Pierz at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
