Volleyball Recap: Selma Takes a Loss

Selma was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Madera Coyotes.

Selma's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Madera, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-10 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Selma and Fresno Christian will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Fresno Christian their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season. As for Madera, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Pioneer Valley on the 14th.
