Baseball Game Preview: Pickerington North Panthers vs. Westerville Central Warhawks

For the second straight game, Pickerington North will face off against Westerville Central. The Panthers are taking a road trip to challenge the Warhawks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Wednesday, Pickerington North was able to grind out a solid victory over Westerville Central, taking the game 8-3.

Pickerington North got a great performance from Keegan Reuscher as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over 4.1 innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Jackson Turnbull was incredible, firing off two home runs and four RBI while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Myles Crockett, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Pickerington North's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Westerville Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.
