Soccer Recap: Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 5-0 to the Thales Academy Rolesville Knights. If the Lion were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Knights when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Thales Academy Rolesville, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Coming up, Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against Thales Academy Apex at 4:45 p.m. on March 25th. Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill has given up an average of 3.4 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Thales Academy Rolesville, they will head out to face off against Neuse Christian Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
