Canal Winchester waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Reynoldsburg Raiders as they made off with a 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Raiders back in August, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Canal Winchester never let Reynoldsburg on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22, 25-13.

Canal Winchester was led to victory by Gracie Sayre and Camryn Goode. Sayre had seven digs and two aces, while Goode had seven digs. Mileigh Suarez also deserves some recognition as she had her first digs of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Canal Winchester was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 12 aces in three consecutive contests.

Canal Winchester's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Reynoldsburg, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
