Porter-Gaud has gone a perfect 10-0 against First Baptist School recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Porter-Gaud Cyclones will welcome the First Baptist School Hurricanes at 6:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Porter-Gaud comes in on eight and First Baptist School on three.

Porter-Gaud's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over Palmetto Christian Academy. The Cyclones might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Palmetto Christian Academy from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Zoe Molten led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, First Baptist School's game on Monday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Ashley Hall. That's two games straight that the Hurricanes have won by just one goal.

Porter-Gaud pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those five matchups. As for First Baptist School, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Porter-Gaud took their victory against First Baptist School when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0. Will Porter-Gaud repeat their success, or does First Baptist School have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
