Basketball Recap: Summit Christian Academy Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Summit Christian Academy won the last time they faced Grandview and things went their way on Friday too. The Summit Christian Academy Eagles came out on top against the Grandview Bulldogs by a score of 45-32. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Summit Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mike Thomas III, who posted 12 points and five steals. Thomas III has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Max Rieger was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Summit Christian Academy pushed their record up to 24-4 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points over those games. As for Grandview, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-11.
