Basketball Game Preview: Clarinda Cardinals vs. Shenandoah Mustangs

Clarinda is 8-2 against Shenandoah since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Clarinda Cardinals will be playing in front of their home fans against the Shenandoah Mustangs. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Clarinda and three for Shenandoah.

Last Thursday, Clarinda was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 59-53 to Chariton.

Meanwhile, Shenandoah was just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 54-53 to Riverside.

Clarinda's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Shenandoah, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-14.

Clarinda strolled past Shenandoah in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 61-42. Does Clarinda have another victory up their sleeve, or will Shenandoah turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
