Basketball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 51-32 to the Western International Cowboys. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-15 on January 12th.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Western International, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Coming up, Central will take on Varsity Opponent on Thursday. As for Western International, they have already played their next matchup, a 41-38 defeat against Ford on the 2nd.
