Basketball Game Preview: Lenape Indians vs. Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders

The Lenape Indians will venture away from home to challenge the Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders at 7:15 p.m. on Sunday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Lenape is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Jersey's top teams: Cherokee, who was ranked 19th at the time (Lenape was ranked 20th). The Indians had just enough and edged out the Chiefs 40-38. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop Eustace Prep). They blew past Camden, posting a 67-31 win. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Bishop Eustace Prep's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Lenape, their win bumped their record up to 12-3.

Lenape was able to grind out a solid victory over Bishop Eustace Prep in their previous meeting on January 3rd, winning 62-50. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Crusaders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
