Baseball Game Preview: Sherman Indian Braves vs. United Christian Academy Eagles

Sherman Indian is 0-10 against United Christian Academy since March of 2019 but things could change on Thursday. The Braves will take on the Eagles at 2:30 p.m. Sherman Indian has given up an average of 13.1 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Sherman Indian is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 16 runs two weeks ago, they were much more limited against San Jacinto Leadership Academy on Monday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 15-1.

Meanwhile, United Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost 14-5 to West Valley.

United Christian Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaden Lopez, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

United Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Sherman Indian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Sherman Indian suffered a grim 14-0 defeat to United Christian Academy in their previous matchup on April 4th. Can the Braves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
