South View has gone a perfect 10-0 against Seventy-First recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Tigers will host the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. South View will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Seventy-First's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Friday: South View hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. The Tigers never let Cape Fear get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted against the Colts since March 24, 2023.

The result came thanks to JORDYNN PARNELL's shutout, as she gave up just a hit and racked up 18 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 18 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, South View saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was MADDY CLARK, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Meanwhile, Seventy-First fell victim to South View and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 20-0 to the Tigers. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Falcons' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Seventy-First's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for South View, their victory bumped their record up to 18-2.
