Baseball Recap: Hozho Academy Wolves vs. Non Varsity Opponent
Hozho Academy put the finishing touches on their 11th blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They blew past Non Varsity Opponent 17-1. Winning may never get old, but Hozho Academy sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Brandon Bonaguidi was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while going 1-for-3. He hasn't dropped below two stolen bases for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Trey Tafoya, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3.
Hozho Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they dropped their record down to 74-98-5 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
