For the Outlaws, this counts as revenge for the 7-2 victory the Dragons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Alex Pensado and Brodie Kallweit made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Pensado tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Kallweit tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave Pensado a new career-high in strikeouts (three). At bat, Pensado went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double, while Kallweit went 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
