Football Recap: Medina Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Medina fell victim to Wadsworth and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 47-0 loss at the hands of the Grizzlies. Battling Bees fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Grizzlies since Friday.

Medina dropped their record down to 1-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Wadsworth, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Medina and Wadsworth should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Battling Bees (ranked 96th) will meet Shaker Heights (ranked 254th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Wadsworth will square off against North Royalton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (37 vs. 208).
