Windsor dropped down to 8-3 on Thursday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Loveland Red Wolves by a score of 4-3. The Wizards were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Wolves earlier this season, when they won 14-2.
Asieli Rigby put in work no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.
