Softball Recap: Irvin Drops Highest Score of Season Against Da Vinci

Irvin's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Da Vinci Dragons 12-11. The Rockets' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Mia Gonzales was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing five bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Andrea Orrantia was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.
