Soccer Recap: Central Victorious

Central won the last time they faced La Jolla Country Day and things went their way on Monday too. The Spartans came out on top against the Torreys by a score of 3-1. That's two games straight that Central have won by exactly two goals.

They hit La Jolla Country Day with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jayden Derrick, Santi German, and Edgard German.

The victory made it two in a row for Central and bumps their season record up to 4-0-2. As for La Jolla Country Day, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.

Coincidentally, Central and La Jolla Country Day will both be playing Canyon Crest Academy the next time they take the pitch. The Spartans will head out to face the Ravens at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Torreys will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
