Baseball Recap: Summit Tahoma Tigers vs. San Jose Bulldogs
Summit Tahoma had lost seven straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 0-9 to make it eight. They lost 12-5 to the San Jose Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-6 back in February.
Nelson Goodwin made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. He also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season. Andrew Bochert was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs.
