Baseball Game Preview: Western Panthers vs. Twin Lakes Indians

The Western Panthers will square off against the Twin Lakes Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Western comes in on seven and Twin Lakes on six.

On Wednesday, Western earned a 12-8 win over Lafayette Jefferson.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Twin Lakes and Winamac had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Indians walked away with an 11-7 victory over the Warriors on Thursday.

The team relied heavily on Keaton Miller, who went 3-for-5 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Cooper Dold, who went 2-for-5 with one stolen base and one run.

Twin Lakes' win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Western, their victory bumped their record up to 20-1.
