Jefferson suffers fourth straight loss at home

Recap: Jefferson Patriots vs. Wilson Wildcats

This season hasn't been kind to the Jefferson Patriots, who are still winless after their eighth matchup. They were dealt a 76-35 loss at the hands of Wilson on Tuesday. Jefferson was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-15.

Jackson Townsend was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 16 points. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kameron Loyd, who scored ten points along with three steals.

Jefferson bumped their record down to 0-8 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Wilson, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-7.

Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing South Oak Cliff the next time they take the court. Wilson will host South Oak Cliff at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Jefferson will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on December 21st.
