Jupiter Christian had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They strolled past the NSU University Sharks with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 42-28. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row dating back to last season.

Jupiter Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Randolph Jr Wilkerson out in front who rushed for 126 yards and three scores. Another signal caller making a difference was Dorian Fauntleroy, who threw for 223 yards and three touchdowns while completing 77.3% of his passes.

Jupiter Christian's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB five times. Ben Weda was especially locked on to NSU University's QB and sacked him three times. Jupiter Christian got some further help from Pierce Fletcher: he forced one fumble and made 11 total tackles.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jupiter Christian will face off against Benjamin at 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for NSU University, they will challenge Lakeland Christian at 7:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
