Volleyball Recap: Seven Lakes Triumphs

Seven Lakes posted their closest win since October 8, 2024 on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Tomball Cougars. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Seven Lakes can attribute much of their success to Megan Chapman, who had 13 digs and four assists. That's the most digs Chapman has posted since back in November of 2024. Leah Demarchi also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Seven Lakes' record is now 8-1. As for Tomball, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-2.

Seven Lakes didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Cinco Ranch on the 19th. As for Tomball, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Klein Collins on the 19th.
