Basketball Recap: Pascagoula's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Pascagoula was the 61-59 winner over Biloxi when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell 54-42 to the Indians on Tuesday. The loss put an end to the Panthers' undefeated start to the season.

Biloxi's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carnellous Lenard led the charge by shooting 62% from the field to rack up 19 points. That's the most points Lenard has posted since back in December of 2024. Christian Gullett was another key player, putting up 12 points and four steals.

Pascagoula's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Biloxi, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Pascagoula will venture away from home to face off against Ocean Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Biloxi, they will welcome Laurel at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
