Bishop Kenny took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Friday. They pulled ahead with a 21-20 photo finish over the University Christian Christians. That's more bragging rights for the Crusaders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Although University Christian took the loss, they still got scores from Ty Keister, Donovan Moss, and Jacoby Walker.

University Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Bishop Kenny wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 35-14 win against Tocoi Creek on the 5th. As for University Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 44-6 victory against Andrew Jackson on the 5th.
