Basketball Recap: Kingston Sito Key Part of a Team Effort in Golden Bears Win

There's no place like home for Bryan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They secured a 55-49 W over the Wayne Trace Raiders on Friday. For the Golden Bears, this counts as revenge for the 54-42 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Bryan's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kingston Sito, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 14 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Jaessing, who went 7 for 16 on his way to 18 points.

Bryan now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Wayne Trace, they dropped their record down to 2-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Bryan has already played their next game, a 49-33 loss against Hicksville on the 7th. As for Wayne Trace, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 47-39 win against Van Wert on the 7th.
